SMW-102 Can Wrap Up to 6 Mugs a Minute!

SMW-102 Mug Wrap System — Process Overview

Estimated to wrap 6 mugs per minute, operator dependent. The SMW-102 can wrap a mug in approximately two seconds once the machine is loaded. It wraps sublimation sheets straight and tapes them by the handles with easy pull tabs for removal. The system still requires the silicone wrap or mug press and is designed to wrap 11 to 15 oz standard coffee mugs.

It must use preprinted and cut-to-size sublimation sheets, typically 8.5″ x 4.75″, but it is adjustable for other sizes. We also offer fully automated wrapping systems that increase speed to 10 mugs per minute from one machine, and concepts have been developed to fully automate the entire process.

  • Machine size range: 40″ tall, 42.5″ wide, 14″ deep
  • Electrical requirements: 110 VAC, 60 Hz, 5 Amps
  • Air requirements: 80 PSI at 2 CFM

Did you know our SMW-102 Semi-Automatic Mug Wrap is CE-compliant?

The SMW-102 Mug Wrapping System was designed to speed up the process and improve the accuracy of wrapping sublimation sheets around the mug. The operator places pre-cut sublimation sheets and a mug into the wrapping machine and, with the press of a button, it wraps the mug perfectly in less than 2 seconds.

What does it mean to be CE-compliant?

Manufacturers use the CE marking to show that their product meets the regulations and directives of the European Union (EU) regarding health, safety, and environmental protection. Products with the CE marking can be freely sold in the European Economic Area (EEA). It acts as a trade passport, allowing products to be placed in any EU member state’s market without restrictions as long as they comply with the regulations. Twenty-four directives determine which products require CE marking, and some products must comply with several of them.
